Mac = Cool???

Another update about my newest toy!!! For those of you who did not know, 2 weeks ago my laptop goes kaput. no idea wat's the cause, but Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD) caused me to be unable to revive it. The BSOD appeared before my CD drive can even start working, thus i am unable to reformat it too. Most probably a problem with the motherboard then. So i take this opportunity to buy myself a Macbook.


















For those who know me well enough, it doesn't seem like the usual me to get something not Windows based. What i did not realize is that with a Macbook, i can have Mac operating system and also Windows operating system, i only need to partition my hard drive into two parts.


















Not only that, don't you think it looks cool? I'm quite bored with the normal Windows look, with the Start at the bottom left of the screen, and all the same arrangements for the shortcuts on the desktop. Plus Mac is less virus-prone, coz not many people are writting virus scripts for Mac.
















Now its time to play around with it. I played with the webcam, which comes with a software that can do many effects. For example, i can make myself headless.

And this is a version of me with the big big dollie eyes, which everyone tried so hard to create using photoshop. But i don't make myself having small chin.

omg omg me wants tooooo! sighs. anyway good for u. dont know why, when i read the first para, i was kinda scared my laptop will kaput too. cos these few days it hasnt been listening to me much. dumb dumb. oh wells shrugs.

sio bee: haha, if want then buy :P How old is ur laptop anyway? dun worry, laptops wont just die like that without a very bad problem. But to play safe, its good to do a backup on important stuff, like ur pics!! dun want u to go sigh all day when pics gone again :P

Initially, I decided to buy a macbook instead of sony vaio. But I decided to buy sony vaio cos I don't really like to use the Mac operating system. Though u can use both Mac and windows operating systems, I heard there will be some probs...well, I'm not sure bout it though, that's wad i heard.that's why I bought sony vaio instead.. macbook is kinda cheap here...only 1200USD. how much did u buy urs?? I bought my sony vaio for 1284USD. wat's ur specs?

about the OS, you will get used to it once u used it. and Mac is running on Intel-based processor, almost everything about it is similar to that of a normal computer, so Windows should work fine on it.
