After a few weeks of useless posts and also one which caused quite a debate, I have decided to do something meaningful for a turn.
On the 25th January 2008, the whole Malaysia is shocked by the death of a first year medic student by the name of Lee Nian Ning, who was killed when the bus she took from Penang to KL crashed at Slim River, Perak, with two other passengers. The bus driver is already facing 13 summons, yet he was not screened by the bus company and was still allowed to drive buses. Now, I won't start another flaming comment, or it will beat the purpose of this post.
Anyway, not only did we witness the lost of a bus passenger, but also the lost of a future doctor who can save many more lives in the world, a talented swimmer, and also a blogger.
I know that it is quite impossible for us to visit her personally now, but i would urge all the readers of my blog to visit her blog HERE as a sign of paying our last respect to her. This is the least we can do for someone whose life, future and passion were robbed by an individual from a minority group of reckless and irresponsible people.
Deepest condolences to her family members and friends, and may God bless her soul and keep her near His side.
